Working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other employees, the Fast Food Crew Member fulfills the obligation of providing outstanding guest service and ensures that all operations are in accordance with established criteria and methods.

In this role, the individual receives supervision from the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, and interacts with Guests and field operations staff.

Specific Tasks and Activities: This section details the individual tasks and activities that the employee will need to complete on a regular basis:

• Greets guests with a smile and processes payments as they place their orders
• One of the key aspects of preparing food and beverage products is ensuring that the ingredients used are fresh and of high quality
• Responsible for the upkeep of the restaurant's cleanliness, encompassing the dining hall, lavatory, and outside area
• Maintaining health and safety measures are essential for the well-being of employees in the workplace
• Arranges and stores inventory items in designated locations
• Maintaining a regular and timely attendance record is paramount to the success of any job position
• Follows the uniform and grooming policies of Burger King

Relevant job skills:

• The minimum age prerequisite for this is 16 years
