The AM role requires leadership skills as well as effective communication and interpersonal abilities. The Assistant Restaurant Manager must be able to motivate, inspire, and align their team to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

PROFITABILITY
- Ensures that inventory expenses are kept under control and maintains inventory health by regularly performing inventory appraisals every day, every week, and every month
- Collaborates with suppliers to establish orderly and consistent truck order shipments
- Keeps an inventory of all restaurant assets, including kitchen equipment and furniture, to optimize their utilization and prevent waste and loss
- Ensuring that the restaurant's facilities and equipment are maintained in line with company standards is vital, and external vendors should be contacted as needed to achieve this objective
- Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with all necessary cash control and security protocols, including safekeeping, cash reconciliations and verification of deposits
GUEST
- This leadership style inspires team members to be proactive in meeting and exceeding guests' needs while creating a comfortable environment
PEOPLE

OPERATIONS:
- Directs the restaurant staff to expedite the preparation and vending of products with precision, ensuring timely delivery according to predetermined speed of service standards
- Securing the Conformity of Restaurant's Brand and Operational Guidelines
Undertakes the duties of the Hourly Shift Coordinator in situations deemed necessary
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prospective applicants must be 18 years of age
- Holding a high school diploma or GED is a must, while prospective candidates who have completed two years of college degrees will have an advantage in the selection process
- Candidates with prior experience in fast food restaurants for a minimum of 1-2 years are strongly encouraged to apply, while experience in management will be advantageous
- In addition to having a strong understanding of P&L management, effective communication with stakeholders and management is crucial to ensuring its successful implementation
