Assistant General Manager

Job Description:

The AM collaborates with the RGM to identify and execute strategies that drive profitability and customer satisfaction. This involves developing innovative ideas to attract and retain customers, managing costs, and optimizing operations.

PROFITABILITY

• Administers inventory expenses and upholds inventory by executing routine inventory examinations that take place several times a day, every week, and every month
• Handles truck orders for inventory management, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries
• Monitors the restaurant's assets list and ensures that any changes, updates or replacements are promptly recorded and reported
• Meeting company standards is a critical aspect of the overall maintenance of the restaurant's facility and equipment, and seeking assistance from external vendors may at times be necessary
• Carries out regular audits on cash drawers and safekeeping processes to make sure that the restaurant is complying with specified procedures

GUEST

• The goal is to ensure that guests receive the highest level of timely, courteous, and thorough service in a facility that meets their expectations for cleanliness

PEOPLE

• We work closely with Shifts Coordinators and Team Members to help them identify their development needs and tailor our coaching and feedback approach for each individual, providing ongoing support where necessary

OPERATIONS:

• Manages the restaurant team, ensuring the efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to ensure timely delivery within predetermined speed of service specifications
• Ensuring the Restaurant Operates in Accordance with Brand Standards

Fulfills the role of Hourly Shift Coordinator whenever required

Qualifications and Skills:

• The candidate must have reached the age of 18 years or older
• The prerequisite for consideration for this position is the possession of a high school certificate or its equivalent, with a preference for those who have two years of college education
• Prospective employees who have worked in fast food establishments for a minimum of one to two years are sought after, especially those with managerial experience
• Profit and loss management can involve implementing cost-cutting measures, maximizing revenue streams, and optimizing operations to improve profitability
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• By showing empathy and putting ourselves in the guest's position, we can tailor our service delivery to meet their individual needs. This enhances the level of guest satisfaction with our offerings
• I can work on weekdays, weekends, and even holidays as per the job requirements
• In order for the restaurant to function appropriately, it is necessary to have the capability to work lengthy and unpredictable hours
